The Adams + Miles Condominium Group is one of the largest and most experienced condominium accounting practices in Ontario, completing more than 500 condominium audits each year. For more than two decades, the dedicated team has helped condominium boards, property managers and unit owners navigate complex financial reporting, accounting and compliance requirements. The practice is led by Partners Christina Ajith and Jan Kundakci, who bring extensive accounting expertise and specialized condominium experience to their work.

Christina combines her public accounting background with experience in internal audit and financial reporting, all with a focus on helping clients better understand financial information to make more informed decisions. Jan is a long-time condominium accounting specialist. He works closely with condo boards and property managers to address financial and operational complexities, mitigate risk and identify opportunities to improve accounting efficiencies. Both partners bring a practical perspective on processes and operational efficiencies.
