Kam leads the data, compliance, education, and information services teams. She has a Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Master of Arts in Community Development from Athabasca University, and a Certificate in Leading Sustainable Strategic Change from the Schulich School of Business.
Kam has over 23 years of experience in the post-secondary sector, accountable for registrar responsibilities at several institutions including York University, the University of Winnipeg, Georgian College, and Sheridan College. As a strategic and results-oriented leader, Kam has a breadth of expertise in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, client services, communications, records and data management and analytics ensuring compliance with academic and government policies, regulations and accreditation standards.
