Permal leads several areas of the CAO’s business including providing subject matter expertise on condo law and operations, developing informational materials for use by the condo sector, providing feedback to government on potential policy changes, acting as the business lead for digital service enhancements, and leading several research initiatives.
Permal has been with the CAO since 2017 and has held many positions in the organization. This includes being part of the implementation team that launched the CAO in September of 2017.
Permal holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and a Master of Arts degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
