Omar Khan, Senior Manager Business Development; Normac. Omar has been working in the condo space for over 15 years in various capacities including, with a condo management firm, an engineering company specializing in capital projects for condominiums, and now at Normac. Omar has provided education sessions across several CCI chapters in several provinces including Ontario, BC, Alberta and Manitoba highlighting the important insurance appraisals, state of inflation and best practice in the industry. Additionally, Omar helped develop and deliver accredited insurance appraisal educational course for licensed property managers in Ontario, which count toward credits through the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). These courses ensure condo managers receive the most up-to-date training and are meeting their license requirements.
