Brandon Gemme, P.Eng., BSS, CPHD, is a Professional Engineer and Project Manager specializing in building science and restoration. With over nine years of industry experience, Brandon leads multi-disciplinary teams through complex, full-building condominium retrofits, tackling issues ranging from roofing and cladding to fenestration and structural systems. His deep understanding of building enclosures equips him to identify and resolve the root physical causes of common condominium nuisances. Recognized as the 2026 BSAO Rising Star, Brandon is an active industry leader who currently chairs both the BSAO Codes and Standards Committee and the IIBEC Southern Ontario Technical Committee.
