Julia, a dedicated legal professional fluent in Russian, is committed to resolving her clients' challenges in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Julia specializes in various aspects of condominium law including condominium litigation, mediation and arbitration. Julia regularly acts as chairperson for annual general meetings and provides advice with respect to corporate governance, compliance, enforcement of governing documents, collection of unpaid common expenses, and submetering disputes, including billing discrepancies.
Julia was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the esteemed Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario in 2013, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies, a student-led law review.
Julia is a member of both the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI - Toronto). Julia presently serves on CCI's Education Committee. She also writes, speaks and teaches about condominium law in Ontario, including presenting at monthly educational seminars to condominium managers and boards of directors on the legal issues affecting condominium corporations.
