Marc Bhalla is Vice President of Policy, Programs & Dispute Resolution at the Condominium Authority of Ontario.
Marc has helped Ontario’s condominium communities since 2002. Before taking on his executive role at the CAO, Marc had a private mediation/arbitration practice specializing in condominium dispute resolution. He was also an original member of the Condominium Authority Tribunal, mediating the very first cases of Ontario's online tribunal nearly ten years ago.
Marc has a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he is now a faculty member. He has spoken across North America and been widely published.
