Andrée Ball is Vice President, Corporate Services at Keller Engineering where she supports teams across Canada and helps guide the firm’s national growth. With a background in condominium management, she brings practical industry insight, collaborative leadership, and a people-first approach focused on strengthening organizations, projects, and the communities they serve. Her experience in the condominium sector has given her a strong understanding of the realities faced by boards, managers, and owners, which continues to inform her work supporting condominium and strata communities today.

Andrée has also been an active volunteer with the Canadian Condominium Institute for many years, including serving as a board member with CCI–Eastern Ontario and currently as Chair of CCI National. Through these roles, she has contributed to industry education, leadership, and collaboration at both the local and national levels, while working to strengthen connections among condominium professionals and communities across Canada.
