Ellen Mahon is the Director of Compliance at FirstService Residential. In this role Ellen supports field operations in areas of regulatory compliance related to the Ontario Fire Code, Occupational Health & Safety and the first year Performance Audit and Reserve Fund Study requirements under the Condo Act and Tarion. Ellen is also involved in training and compliance related to corporation budgeting and the oversight of Limited Licensees. Ellen has been a condominium professional for over thirty-years and she has managed a variety of properties from portfolios to townhomes to large multi-corporations with shared facilities and has supported field operations in the role of Regional Director, Manager of Training and Director of Compliance. Her knowledge of condominium operations is extensive, and she enjoys sharing her knowledge and mentoring individuals new to the industry.
