Mo Killu, BSc (Hon), RCM is the President at GPM Property Management Inc., where he leads service delivery, strategic initiatives, and client relationships across the firm’s condominium portfolio.
With a strong background in the financial sector, Mo brings expertise in client services, project management, and operational communications. He has over a decade of experience in the condominium industry, including serving as a board member within his own community, where he supported governance, operational improvements, and the Tarion Warranty Corporation process.
Mo is an active member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and Canadian Condominium Institute, and contributes to the CCI Toronto Chapter through committee involvement. He is committed to professionalism, continuous improvement, and supporting thriving communities.
