Allison Scanlan ICD.D is Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Condominium Authority of Ontario completing six years of service with the CAO in 2026. She is also a longterm downtown Toronto condo board director, A management professional with over 40 years of Fortune 100 experience in global purchasing and supply chain strategy, she now focuses on strategic governance, board leadership, and sector wide education for Ontario’s condominium communities. Allison mentors boards and early stage entrepreneurs on leadership, business model optimization, and growth strategies, while continuing to serve her community through condominium governance, nonprofit volunteering, and active participation in golf and professional clubs.
Allison is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D designation, underscoring her ongoing commitment to advanced director education and governance excellence. She completed post graduate studies in International Business and undergraduate studies in Management Science and Economics, and remains a perpetual student of corporate governance and board best practices. Outside of her professional and governance work, Allison is an active member of the National Club, Wildfire Golf Club in Ontario, and Anthem Golf & Country Club in Phoenix, Arizona. An avid outdoor and travel enthusiast, she loves to write and play piano, and can often be found on the golf course with her husband and their large family of children and grandchildren.
