Eric Plant is a Condominium Manager and a Director at Brilliant Property Management Inc., where he oversees a diverse portfolio of condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area. With 15 years of experience in condominium management, Eric has built a reputation for practical, no-nonsense property administration and strong governance practices.

A Past President of ACMO, Eric remains actively involved in advancing the industry through education. He serves as an instructor for ACMO's Ethics Course, helping new and seasoned managers navigate the complex ethical responsibilities of condominium management. He is also the host of the Condoland Podcast, where he explores issues, trends, and stories from inside the condominium industry with guests from across the sector.

Eric holds his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation and brings a straight-talking, experience-driven perspective to every discussion.
