Tricia Baratta entered the condominium industry in 2009 as an assistant condominium manager and earned her Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in 2015. She has been an active member of her local Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) chapter for many years and joined the Board of Directors in 2015.
Tricia brings a unique profile of experience to her role as Condominium Manager having spent time working in restoration project management, condominium insurance and risk management, insurance claims advocacy, and condominium management. Her contributions to the industry have been recognized with both the Leader of the Canadian Condominium Institute (LCCI) designation and the Distinguished Service Award (CCI (Hon’s)).
Tricia is passionate about supporting volunteer condominium directors, working collaboratively with boards to help them navigate the complexities of managing and protecting their communities.
