Jennifer Ricci is the Director of Learning & Development at ICC Property Management Ltd., with 19 years of experience in condominium management, education, and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University, an RCM designation, and a SEDA accreditation. Jennifer is a recipient of the Donna Farr Award, serves on the ACMO Board of Directors, and teaches a CMRAO course at Humber College. She is passionate about advancing professional standards, fostering leadership, and supporting the continued growth and education of condominium management professionals, and is proud to be a part of the ACMO Mentorship Program.
