John Recker, RCM, OLCM, is a condominium manager and social media manager with The Meritus Group, with nearly a decade of experience supporting condominium communities across the GTA. His background in construction, skilled trades and building operations brings a practical perspective to his work with boards, residents and industry partners. John serves as Secretary of the ACMO Board of Directors and contributes to its government relations, professional education and industry communications initiatives, including engagement with government and the CMRAO on matters affecting Ontario’s condominium communities and management profession.
