Mark Daye is a Regional Manager (RCM, OLCM) for ICC Property Management, a respected, privately owned Ontario based management firm with responsibility for several high rise residences in downtown Toronto. Mark served on his condominium board for eleven years. Being a condo director was his introduction to the exciting and growing condominium industry.

Mark was elected to the board of the Assoc. of Condominium Managers of ON (ACMO) in 2021 and is currently serving in the role of President. ACMO is Ontario's only professional association dedicated to supporting and promoting the condominium management profession. Mark has served on several ACMO committees and has been a panelist in educational webinars and in person events. Mark has written for CM Magazine several times. Mark has volunteered for several years for a variety of organizations including the Bloor St. East Neighbourhood Assoc. (BENA), The PWA Friends for Life Bike Rally, the Green Party of Ontario, and others.
