Brian Antman, CPA, CA is currently the Vice President, Finance and Accounting at Ace Condominium Management, where he leads the company's accounting operations. Prior to joining Ace Condominium Management, Brian was a Partner at Adams & Miles LLP, where he led the firm's Condominium Practice Group. In that role, he advised condominium corporations, property management companies, and boards of directors on financial reporting, governance, regulatory compliance, audit and assurance, taxation, and strategic financial matters.
He is currently the President of the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto & Area Chapter (CCI-T), having previously served for many years as a member of its Board of Directors and as Treasurer. He also contributes nationally through his involvement on the Canadian Condominium Institute's National Finance Committee.
Brian is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and educational programs, delivering sessions on a wide range of financial, governance, and regulatory topics related to the Condominium Act, 1998. He is also a long-time contributor to condominium industry publications, sharing practical insights on emerging issues affecting condominium corporations, directors, and managers.
He also serves on the advisory panels for both the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO), where he has contributed to initiatives supporting effective condominium governance and professional management across the province.
His extensive experience has made him a trusted advisor and recognized leader within Ontario's condominium sector.
