Exhibitors may indicate their preferred booth location on the next step. All selections are subject to approval by the conference committee. Booth allocation will not be granted until full payment has been received.

If your exhibit booth is included as part of a sponsorship package, your booth will be pre‑assigned. Any changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval, provided they do not impact the overall conference layout.
