Exhibitors may select their preferred booth location. All selections are subject to approval and may take up to 2 business days to process. Booth approvals will not be granted until full payment has been received.
If your exhibitor booth is included as part of a sponsorship package, your booth has been pre‑assigned. Any changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval, provided they do not impact the overall conference layout.
